Online Orders, Pickup, Returns, and Refunds

Online orders, pickup orders, In-House Experience items, beverages, missing or incorrect items, cancelled orders, declined orders, and kitchen appreciation amounts are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy. Please review the Refunds & Returns Policy before placing an order.

When you place an online order, your payment method may be authorized at checkout, but it is not charged until your order is accepted by our kitchen. If Pierogi Bar is unable to accept, decline, cancel, or fulfill your order before acceptance, the authorization will be released or voided, including any taxes, fees, and kitchen appreciation amount selected at checkout. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, a released authorization may remain visible as pending for a period of time.

All online food and beverage orders are prepared according to the order submitted by the customer. Because our products are freshly prepared, perishable, and time-sensitive, all sales are generally final once preparation has begun.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be offered for In-House Experience items, beverages, alcohol-related items, gift cards, special-order items, completed orders, orders that are not picked up, or orders delayed due to customer error, late arrival, incorrect pickup time, incorrect contact information, or failure to follow pickup instructions.

If an order contains a missing or incorrect item, Pierogi Bar may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item at our discretion. Customers are responsible for checking their order at the time of pickup and notifying our staff immediately of any missing or incorrect items. Once an order leaves the restaurant, Pierogi Bar may be limited in its ability to verify or correct the issue.

Refunds or replacements are not available for customer taste preference, ordering the wrong item, failure to read menu descriptions, choosing the wrong modifier, spice level, preparation style, pickup time, or pickup location. If a customer believes there is an issue with an order, they must contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number, customer name, phone number, and details of the issue.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, card issuer, or financial institution.
