Ukrainian MoHito was inspired by a popular Ukrainian joke. Make a “mojito” the countryside way — dill instead of mint, pickle instead of lime, moonshine, and sparkling water.
At Pierogi Bar, we turned that joke into a real refreshing cocktail. We mix Nemiroff vodka with pickle juice, dill, lime, sugar, and a splash of soda for a bright, savory, and crisp drink with a Ukrainian twist.
Fresh dill adds aroma, pickle brine brings tang, lime keeps it refreshing, and soda gives it a light finish. It is playful, bold, and surprisingly smooth — a cocktail with tradition, humor, and real flavor in one glass.
